Deputy Director

Charlotte Pollard worked as an organizational development consultant for Fortune 500 corporations prior to joining New Mexico First. She has over 30 years of experience in designing large-scale organizational change and leadership development events. Previous employers include Berkshire Life Insurance Company, Chemical Bank, and Chase Manhattan Bank. She has also served as a guest instructor at Cornell University in the School of Labor Relations and Human Resources Development. She holds a Masters in business administration from New York University.
