Overview
Presbyterian Healthcare Services has worked with its five regional hospitals and their Community Boards of Trustees to conduct community needs assessments and develop health priorities that affect New Mexicans. Although many health needs are common throughout the state, each community can be unique when implementing strategies for addressing these needs. Community members, local healthcare providers, hospital administrators, and public health officials came together to share their thoughts about community-based initiatives that can improve the health of community members.Health forums were held in the following communities:
