Consensus Facilitation
For less complex problems where an organization or decision-maker needs to collect input and generate possible solutions, a half-day or full-day strategic planning session, staff retreat, or expert think tank may be appropriate. Since these events are typically for a smaller group of people who are already affiliated with the organization or group, they take less time to plan and implement. Sometimes an organization or decision-maker needs to partner with other organizations to outline policies and processes for implementing joint projects over a 6-12 month timeframe. In either situation, what New Mexico First offers is much more than meeting planning and facilitation; we help clients find consensus among stakeholders.
