New Mexico First supported bills are steadily moving through the legislature

A lot has happened in the last few days!

HB238
would expand the chile advertising act. It passed the House 69-0 and now moves on to the Senate Conservation Committee.

HB310
on K-3+ program eligibility passed the House 63-0 and now moves on to the Senate Education Committee.

SB503 would amend Medicaid benefits. It passed Senate Public Affairs Committee (with amendments) and now moves on to the Senate Finance Committee.

SB365
on home visiting (early childhood) passed Senate Public Affairs Committee (with amendments) and now moves on to the Senate Finance Committee.

HB67
the STEM standards bill passed in House Appropriations and Finance Committee and now is on the house calendar.
