Action Planning
There is a time for collecting input – and there is a time for action. For groups that are ready for action, New Mexico First manages implementation teams, strategic planning sessions, working groups, or task forces. Often, these projects require our support for extended periods of time, generally 4-12 months.
Recent Events
Issues addressed in recent events include:
- Developing annual strategic goals for a business board
- Outlining a legislative action plan for a infrastructure town hall
- Identifying policies and processes to govern a secondary/post-secondary school partnership
- Managing a working group addressing tribal and municipal relations
Fees
Our fees are based on the scope of work, event length, and staffing requirements, plus facility and catering fees. New Mexico First works cooperatively with each client to develop a scope of work within range of the client’s budget.
