Purpose of this toolkit
To introduce partner organizations and advocates to Transforming Behavioral Health in New Mexico: A pathway to hope and healing – Statewide Town Hall 2022 (#NMFTownHall2022) and help drive engagement and action among their base of supporters via social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. It is crucial to radically re-imagine a behavioral health system and empower our communities as leaders improve the behavioral health system in New Mexico.
How You Can Help
- Copy and paste the suggested social media posts or develop your own customized posts to share out the content.
- Add the #NMFTownHall2022 hashtag to your social media posts and engage with us via your personal or organizational accounts.
- Follow New Mexico First on Facebook (@nmfirst), Twitter (@NewMexicoFirst), Instagram (@newmexicofirst) and LinkedIn (@new-mexico-first) and share our content; be sure to use the #NMFirstTownHall2022 and #TransformingBehavioralHealthNM hashtags!
- Upload a photo to Instagram and caption it with one of the suggested captions. NOTE: Instagram does not support hyperlinks in captions. New Mexico First is please to be hosting it’s 2022 Town Hall, “Transforming Behavioral Health in New Mexico – Statewide Town Hall 2022” on June 15-16, 2022 at Isleta Resort and Casino on Isleta Pueblo (just south of Albuquerque). The Town Hall will be a hybrid in-person/virtual conference, allowing stakeholders from across the state to participate in an inclusive, interactive format that produces concrete, actionable recommendations for the N.M.
